"Ray has been our agent for over a decade , he is always available when needed , this past December , my son was T boned by another driver and his car was totaled , his car was supposed to have a special Classic Car policy , after accident we found out that for what ever reason the policy was processed improperly for Classic Car , State Farm only wanted to pay out the normal value of car , But Ray knew that policy was incorrect and amount being offered was incorrect, He went above and beyond standing with his client , making numerous phones , sending many emails on behalf of his client , letting State Farm know that the policy was incorrect and that it was not Clients fault and that was an office error , standing with his client 100% Many others wouid of gave up , But not Ray Hair he stood beside us and fought to do the right thing for his client ! I wouid highly recommend Ray Hair if you want an agent that will do what’s right for his clients even if it means going up against State Farm Corporate !
